Brief subject description:
Předmětem veřejné zakázky je v rozsahu části 2 veřejné zakázky Servis fragmentační analýzy, který zahrnuje kapilární elektroforézu fluorescenčně značených PCR amplikonů (jejich mix). PCR amplikony budou odesílány ve zkumavkách nebo v destičkách v souladu s Přílohou č. 1b – Technická specifikace pro část 2 VZ.

The subject of the public contract is in the scope of part 2 of the public contract: Fragment analysis service consists in capillary electrophoresis of the fluorescent-labelled PCR amplicons (their pool). PCR amplicons will be submitted in tube or in plate format. in compliance with Appendix No. 1b - Technical specifications for Part 2 of the PC.
